Book Battle 2011!

I am so excited to announce that we are going to be judges for Book Battle 2011 as hosted by The Shady Glade! We had so much fun doing it last year, and are really looking forward to this year:

The original nominated list is here if you're curious, and the short list from which I'll be judging is here - 24 books carefully narrowed down. If you've got opinions about what will win or what will make the top 5, go ahead and comment - I'd love to see what everyone guesses.

The one book I nominated was On Viney's Mountain, a sweet book that really didn't get much notice and was quite well done. It didn't make the short list, however, so I'm giving you a little plug so you put it on your to-read list.
