Graded an A-.
Trackgeek: I like it, but the author seems a bit full of himself.
Graded a B+.
The movie, released in 1987, is also fabulous, definitely giving the book a run for its money. It stays true to the book for the most part, which isn't a surprise since Goldman wrote both the book and the screenplay.Raspberry: A-

I LOVE the Princess Bride! Both the movie and the book. I actually own a PB t-shirt which says Death Cannot Stop True Love.
Yay for awesome memories!!
Trackgeek, I agree. Author is a bit...pompous. I'd give it a B. Movie an A-.
